TERMS.

1. Parties
These Terms govern the relationship between stars-design S.L. (NIF B04123456), Av. Albunol, 62, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Almeria, Andalucia, Spain ("stars-design", "we") and the client placing an order ("you"). By completing payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms in full.
2. Services
stars-design provides fixed-scope digital web design services as described on the individual service pages of this website. All services are delivered digitally. Services do not include ongoing hosting fees, domain registration costs, or third-party platform licence fees unless explicitly specified.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via the website checkout. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) applies where required and is not included in displayed prices. A project brief template is sent within 1 business day of payment. The delivery timeline starts from receipt of the completed brief.
4. Delivery timelines
Timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Andalusian public holidays) and start from receipt of your completed project brief. Brief delays caused by incomplete client information extend the delivery timeline by the same number of days.
5. Revision policy
One revision round is included per project. The revision window opens on delivery and closes after 5 business days. Revision requests must be submitted within this window. Changes that exceed the agreed scope are new work and quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Full ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. stars-design retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio. Third-party assets used remain subject to their original licence terms.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy page. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact are handled according to Spanish consumer law.
8. Liability limitation
stars-design total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of delivered work.
9. Governing law
Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Almeria, Spain, unless EU mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
