Fashion E-Commerce Store
The clothing retailer was running on a generic Shopify theme. Mobile checkout conversion rate was 2.8%. New bespoke design and optimised checkout flow. In the first 30 days, mobile conversion rate reached 6.4%, with no changes to the product catalogue or ad spend. The difference was the mobile checkout design and product page load times.
Beach Bar & Restaurant
The beach business had run three seasons with a Wix site and no booking system. Online enquiries were 8 per month. New site with direct reservation form and Google Maps integration. First summer season after launch: 37 reservation enquiries per month. Reducing mobile load time from 7.4 to 1.9 seconds was the main technical factor.
Real Estate Agency
The agency only had an Idealista listing profile. No standalone site. New bilingual Spanish and English site with optimised property pages. International buyer enquiries went from 0 to 34% of total contacts in the first quarter. Two coastal properties sold to UK buyers who cited the website as their first contact point.
Bilingual Physiotherapy Clinic
The clinic, run by a British physiotherapist, had no online presence. New bilingual Spanish and English site. New patient bookings from web search: 0 before launch, 22 in the first month. English-speaking patients now represent 40% of new appointments, compared to less than 10% of their prior client base.
Solar Installation Company
The solar installer was using their homepage as their Google Ads landing page. Cost per enquiry: 41 EUR. New campaign-specific landing page. Cost per enquiry: 25 EUR. 39% reduction in the first month on the same ad budget.
New Architecture Practice
Two architects splitting from a larger firm needed a new brand before approaching their first independent clients. New logo, colour system, typography, and a one-page launch site. Three clients signed in the 8 weeks following brand launch.
