Order

Select a service on the website, or use the package builder if you want to combine a service with add-ons. Pay via Stripe Checkout. A project brief template arrives by email within 1 business day.

The brief template is not a formality. It forces both parties to agree on scope, content requirements, and technical constraints before any design work begins. Most project issues trace back to this conversation being skipped.

Brief

Complete the brief and return it by email. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief, not from the date of payment.

The brief covers your business context, target customers, content (draft or final), technical requirements, brand assets, competitors for reference, and any hard constraints. Incomplete briefs pause the timeline until the missing information arrives.

Design & Build

We design, code, and test according to the agreed brief and scope. For full website projects, you receive a staging URL for review before launch. For Figma-only projects, a shareable Figma link is provided.

One revision round is included per project. The revision window opens from the date of delivery and closes after 5 business days. Requests that exceed the agreed scope are quoted separately as a new project or add-on.

Launch & Handover

The finished site goes live on your domain, or final files are delivered via a shareable link. Post-launch support is available at our published hourly rate.

Post-launch support covers minor technical questions, small content updates, and additions beyond the original scope. These are invoiced at the standard consulting rate shown on the pricing page. We do not disappear after delivery.
