REFUNDS.
1. Refund window
A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment provided that work has not started and the project brief has not been reviewed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
2. After work begins
Once we have received and reviewed your completed project brief, work is considered started and refunds are not available. You will receive the deliverables as specified in the agreed brief.
3. Delivery disputes
If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope as documented in the project brief, we will revise at no additional cost within the included revision round. If the issue cannot be resolved through revision, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@stars-design.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, order reference, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the majority of disputes within 2 business days. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of active project work until the dispute is resolved.
6. EU consumer withdrawal right
EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By proceeding through checkout and accepting these Terms, you request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal right under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
